The first thing to note about her streams is that they are often very long. It's a daily occurrence to start at 23:00 JST and continue until the next morning. In recent days, She played Assassin's Creed for almost 23 hours on air. The record for the longest was probably 28 hours of "Hebereke (a word close to drunk, in the sense of the word)" stream. You may not believe your ears, but her stamina is so inexhaustible that she has surprised and embarrassed many viewers, peers, and even her manager.

Then why do so many people continue to watch and support her? I think it's because of the way she presents her streams. She sometimes says things that annoy the viewers, but she cares about her audience and tries to create broadcasts that can be enjoyed by everyone, and this is one of the reasons why she is loved by so many people.
Another major factor is probably her choice of games and songs and the fact that she herself enjoys games and songs incredibly much. Many of the games she plays are often very nostalgic for those of us who live in the modern world, and that choice itself will be of interest to many people. And even in games that a normal person would give up and throw away, or get angry at things because of the difficulty or unreasonableness, she always manages to entertain us with the same joyful laughter and occasionally a lot of screaming.
You could also mention the fact that she's spawned many other famous memes - X-Potato, Eekum Bokum, and many more.
Furthermore, in the game DOOM, the creator of this game put the "DOOG" logo, which was used in her streams, as an official hidden element in the game.
